Return Policy
We accept returns; however, please note that we cannot provide refunds for buyer's remorse on made-to-order items. You may request a full refund (excluding shipping costs) within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition. Refunds will typically be issued as store credit, unless you specifically request a cash refund when initiating your return. See terms and conditions for full details.
Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange an item(s) or receive store credit, this can be done within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unused items.
Return Shipping Costs
Currently, we do not offer free returns or exchanges. We recommend using a tracked shipping method with insurance for your return to ensure it arrives safely.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact us at support@aftastudios.com as soon as possible. We will work diligently to resolve the issue promptly. Please allow us a reasonable amount of time (up to 14 days) to rectify the error and replace the item(s). If the issue is not resolved within this time frame, you may request a full refund. Please note that items damaged intentionally or through misuse are not eligible for a refund.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange, please email us at support@aftastudios.com first. Once your request is approved, send the item(s) back to our designated return address within 14 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be unworn, unused, and in perfect, resellable condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund for items that show signs of wear, damage, or use.
Important: Please include a written note with your name and order number inside the return package. Without this note, we may not be able to identify your order, which could delay processing.
Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping costs, and we do not provide free return labels. We recommend insuring your parcel for its full value and using a service that provides tracking and requires a signature upon delivery. Ensure that your item(s) are well packaged to prevent damage during transit, as we cannot be held responsible for any returned items until they are received at our premises. Cancellation of Print-on-Demand Orders
If you order print-on-demand items, you have 24 hours from the time of purchase to cancel your order. Exceptional circumstances may allow for an extension of this timeframe; however, once the order has been processed with our third-party supplier, cancellation is no longer possible.
Policy on Worn Items
To maintain the quality of our products for all customers, we reserve the right to refuse returns for any items that have been damaged, worn, or used.
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, provided it meets the conditions outlined above. Please note that original shipping charges will not be refunded.
Compliance with UK and EU Consumer Law
